Jessica Wheatley has assisted the claims Department since 2017, obtaining her Chartered Insurance Certificate in 2019. Jess is responsible for implementing and overseeing many of the market systems and oversight requirements for us and handling funding for delegated claims handling arrangements.
Will Joined the London Market in 2018 handling reinsurance claims after obtaining a law degree. Following a period of 2 years working in Zurich, Will joined MAP in 2022 to continue reviewing reinsurance claims advices and assisting with casualty claims.
Jessica joined MAP in 2022 having worked in the London Insurance Market since 2006. Jessica is experienced in handling International Property, PA, Aviation, Auto Physical Damage, Motor Truck Cargo, Garage Keeper’s Legal Liability and Dealer’s Open Lot claims emanating from Direct, Facultative and Binder placements. Jessica is a Chartered Insurer and ACII qualified.
Lois Powell-Richards joined the MAP claims department in 2015. Lois handles the adjustment of losses emanating from binding authorities covering trucking physical damage, inland marine cargo and property as well as providing oversight of our delegated claims handling arrangements.
Steve Pattison joined MAP in 2003 having previously worked in the London Company Market since 1990. Steve is our Senior Reinsurance Claims specialist with over 25 years’ experience handling both property and casualty classes in a lead capacity.
Emma joined MAP in 2020 bringing 15 years claims handling experience with her. Emma handles a variety of international Property, Casualty and PA claims from Direct, Facultative and Binder placements as well as more specialist matters.
Graham Morris has worked in the Lloyd’s market since 1990 and has handled claims emanating from most classes of business during that time. He became Head of Claims at MAP in 2016. Graham is a qualified member of the CII and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In addition, he sits on various Lloyd’s Market Committees.
